"In nonferrous metals, I build long term solutions for living in an increasingly plastic world.  I have been forming, etching and patinaing metals into art for the past 27 years.  I enjoy taking the mundane and everyday object and paying respect and honor to its 'taken for granted' function.  That is why I am presently working with switch plates, doorbells and dimmers - to honor, with beauty, the small things in our lives.  The small things are the big things.  I am currently working on new artwork, on a larger scale, to include sculpture and shrines to create landscape as sacred space."
